#1.  2005 Bloom Pinot Gris – Qualitatswein                              $12.99/bottle

Bloom Pinot Gris is a unique delight when it’s poured in the glass! This wine has a fragrant flowery bouquet and is full of fruity flavors of pear and apricots that will certainly be a heavenly match

Melon Wraps                                                                            $23/lb

          Melon, Honeydew and Cantaloupe wrapped in Prosciutto, adorned with Fromager D’Affinois, mint and sliced baguettes. A delectable combination of wine, cheese and one of Italy’s most prized hams.

Traditional dark lager, flavorful with a smooth brown, pleasant malty sweetness, delicate hop balance. Lightly roasted malt flavor with coffee-ish overtones.

Bavarian Classic; Golden-amber color, full bodied, fruity malt nose and soft dryness from long maturation. Famous at fall beer festivals.

          Elderberry wine cheese from Ireland cruising with hot pepperoni hand carried from Vancouver, BC from the Commercial Ave Smoke Shop. This wonderful combination will be paired with Rustic Bakery’s Pecan, Rosemary & Cranberry Pan Forte Crostini that are hand made using only the finest organic grains, dried fruits, nuts and seeds, making them a low fat & high fiber snack.

#4.  Heger Pinot Noir                                                              $31.99/bottle

This lighter style Pinot Noir has a light ruby color with a hint of sweetness and a touch of funk to the nose with humus, red cherry, strawberry, minerals and dried cranberry. Heger has a medium body, medium intensity and medium plus acidity with earth, and leather on the palate.
