Hola Nuestros Amigos!

Cala GiverolaThe Big Cheese is brushing up on her Español for her upcoming trip to Spain, September 12th through October 5th. Mahalo to Robin at McCoy Travel for her efficient and professional travel arrangments. The adventure will begin in Madrid, heading north to Galicia, and traveling east through the mountains and along Biscay Bay—wonderful wine country! Over to Catalonia, home to Garrotxa and Urgelia cheese. A fun jaunt to Barcelona and Tossa De Mar, where the Big Cheese lived, many wheels of cheese ago (she’s promised not to forget where home is).

The excellent cheese team, Cheryl, Chuck, Cody, Katarina, and Jessica will take care of all of your cheese needs--business as usual—DAILY 11am-7pm.

CHEESE TRIVIA

What is Spain’s most popular cheese served at all the Tapas bars, and what animal’s milk is it made from? Manchego, sheep. Did you k now there are at least 35 different varieties of sheep in Spain? More cheese feed than you need?

Cheers and make it a Maui gourmet day, the mighty cheese team!*
