Feb. 14th, Monday--Don't be a stupid cupid! Look for our ad in the Maui Weekly, or come in and name the 5 "C"ssentials for Valentines Day. Hint, what is our primary product? Name all five and you win 1/2 pound of "C"antal or "C"otswold.

March 12th, Saturday 1-3pm--Romancing the Cheese at Tastings Wine Bar & Grill in Kihei. This is all about Champagne and Sparklers with cheese of their respective regions. It will be global, eclectic and fun! The cost is $65 per person inclusive of tax and gratuity. Call 808.874.3930 for your reservation. We do have a wait list for this tasting, so you may want to book ahead for upcoming events.

July 9th, Saturday 1-3pm--What's the Big Stink?! Let's take the mystery out of the stinkies at Lahaina Coolers on Dickenson Street in Lahaina. The stinkies are the yummiest and mellowest, but everybody is afraid of them! Don't be scared!

October 9th, Sunday 1-3p--Spain Revisited--Location to be announced, but it will be in Kihei or Wailea.

New faces in the cheese case:

· Humboldt Fog in the shape of a heart--too delicious and cute!

· Les Garriottes Le Coeur--Our ever so popular Le Lingot in the shape of a heart! A bit bolder than the Humboldt Fog.

· Abondance from France--this is a hearty, wintery cow’s milk cheese from the Alps. Similar to Beaufort--an excellent melter and a fabulous addition for your fondue cheese selection.

Cheesy Tip:

Grate your hard cheeses only as needed. Cheese grated even one day prior loses over half of its flavor.
