Jeff's Jams & Jellies, and not to forget the seasonings - are made here on Maui! Try the current tropical line up and come back to check for seasonal offerings as well. A few of our favorites are the Lilikoi Butter & the Kula Onion Jelly -- YUM!

La Piana® Artichoke Spread is made in La Spezia in the Liguria region of Italy. This creamy spread is similar to a tapenade, a thick paste made from Italian artichokes. It tastes great on sandwiches, pasta, pizza or with antipasto dishes and is ideal for canapes and crackers. All natural, no preservatives.

Berkshire Bark Chocolate - Tropical Heat is handmade in the pristine Berkshire Mountains. Callebaut dark chocolate holds together fresh roasted macadamia nuts, dried mango, dried papaya, dried pineapple, toasted coconut, Ancho chile powder, cayenne pepper. All natural, no preservatives.

Look forward to new delectables coming soon! The Big Cheese is headed off to the Fancy Food Show in San Diego this weekend.

2004 Domaine de La Pigeade

Muscat de Beaumes de Venise, France

Harvested by hand and one of France's most popular dessert wines, the 93-point 2004 Domaine de la Pigeade, Muscat de Beaumes de Venise is lively and fresh with a soft nose showcasing lychees and mango with floral hints.

In the mouth, the delicate dance between fruit and flowers bloom with acidity that balances the sweetness. The taste lingers surprisingly long for a dessert wine. The finish is light and delicate; which does not overpower the food it accompanies.

Whether you use it to make chutney, drink it with foie gras and fine cheeses or sip it with fresh apricot chevre enrobes, this Muscat is sure to delight!
