April Showers bring
...and we present our Spring Honey & Cheese Plate This plate includes three cheeses we have masterfully paired with our local made honey. They include: Manchego, Spanish raw sheep's milk; Chevre Noir, goat's milk cheddar from Canada; and Sottocenere, Italian cow's milk cheese with black truffle and a spice rind. The cheese are paired with a wedge of honeycomb from the Tropical Apiary in Wailuku, dried fruit & nuts and a sleeve of crackers. This plate is just $19.99 and is a great snack while sitting on your lanai and watching the sun go by or taking on a picnic with a friend. This plate would pair wonderfully with Treana Viognier & Marsanne blend from Paso Robles, CA or even our new light easy drinking red blend from Portugal, Periquita

Check our our New Artisinal Bread!
If you have been in the shop lately you might have noticed our new bread for purchase. It is an artisianal bread made locally by Eric Mitchell of The Outrigger Pizza Company. This bread has such a great crust which we link his mobile wood burning pizza oven. This oven is used to bake his french bread and it comes out crunchy on the outside and delicate and soft on the inside. We are selling the demi-baguettes and the round loafs, which are both perfect with our cheeses. Eric will be at the shop with his pizza oven in tow on May 7th from 1-4pm for our Anniversary bash so come on down and check out his baked delights! Wine & Cheese Cruise Highlights We hope everyone had as much fun as we did on our the Wine & Cheese Cruise we did on Alii Nui's newest sailing catamaran. It was a beautiful evening full of wine, cheese and laughter! For those of you who were lucky to be aboard we would love to hear your stories or see any pictures, they can be posted on our Facebook page (www.facebook.com/getcheese).
