Ginger Fizz

Cocktail Recipe by Melissa Panzarini of Maui Cocktail Catering

  • 1 part Canton Ginger Liqueur from France (available at Who Cut The cheese)
  • 3 parts Champagne - Perrier Jouet Grand Brut (available at WCTC)

Squeeze the juice of a lemon wedge or add a dash of lemon bitters. Garnish with a marinated hibiscus flower from Who Cut The Cheese or a lemon peel. Serve in a champagne flute.

Ginger Canton Liqueur (France) originally created on the French Indochine ginger root estate of Domaine de Canton. First became popular among the colonial French aristocracy. A hand-crafted infusion of superior Cognac and baby ginger, it is the world's first premium ginger liqueur. Great paired with this dessert stilton.


Hawaii Island Goat Dairy

Just arrived...

1/2 lb Guava wood smoked pyramids, $17 each

Nestled off the beaten path in Ahualoa lies the Hawaii Island Goat Dairy. Owned and operated by Dick and Heather Threlfall, the dairy resides on 10 acres of retired macadamia nut tree orchard. The cheeses are produced from milk supplied by their own herd of goats. The goats range freely through several rotational pastures browsing on tropical vegetation including bamboo, ti, ginger, macadamia nut tree leaves, and pasture grass.
